Superbowl  Sunday is ranked as the Top 2 highest consumed calorie day next to Thanksgiving!  Wow!! I was shocked with this statistic!.  With mindless eating during the Superbowl I would estimate your progess to be halted for at least 1 week unless you follow these 3 simple tips!

 

1.  Stay away from the Pizza!!-  Papa John’s estimates at least 750,000 pizza sold today!  Wow!  This high calorie, sodium packed, fat induced food will halt your weight loss BIG TIME! 

2.  Avoid The BEEEEEEEER:)-  I love the beer commericals…but beer does not love you!  Avoid this huge dehydrator and of course the more beer you drink the more you will eat!

3.  Mindless Finger Foods-  Yes I love the wings, cream cheese tortillas, chips, pretzels, and all of the goodies (cookies, brownies, nacho’s)…but the only good finger food is……is fresh cut fruit and vegetables.  Yes choose these without the high calorie dips!

During the holidays…a good tip before  big parties is to eat before you go.  Also bring your favorite protein bar/shake with you.  I am big fan of consuming a lot of water before going.
