Do I have to be in shape to join a boot camp?

In our boot camps we have all fitness levels that come together for one common goal…to change their body and become healthier.  N-10sive Boot Camps are taught using the CrossFit methodology at a safe and modified level.  If you are not a runner or if you are a runner everybody can work together to reach your ultimate goal.  If you can’t do push ups we can modify any exercise to fit anybodies fitness level. One key ingredient to reaching your fitness goals is exercising with others that have the same fitness goals!  This builds friendships and accountability.  In N-10sive Boot Camp the groups are small and personal.

When you join the military they can do anything they want in training you for the next 9+weeks.  The military stays with bodyweight movements, running, plyometrics, and calistenics.
