One of the most overlooked, but healthiest spice in the world….is Cinnamon!  Cinnamon can actually help you burn that stubborn abdominal fat….I’ll explain why!

Cinnamon offers the following benefits to you.  All of these are super important to win the battle against body fat and to keep a youthful body!

  • Helps stabilize your blood sugar levels
  • Stabilizes your insulin sensitivity
  • Contains powerful antioxidants
  • Helps with cravings
  • Helps control your appetite
  • Helps control your energy levels

So…how much cinnamon should we use and how do we incorporate this super spice?

According the 2003 medical journal of Diabetes Care, people that took 1 teaspoon of cinnamon a day reduced their fasting blood glucose levels by 18-29% after 40 days.

If we can control our blood sugar while simultaneously allowing our body to produce less insulin this will help you fight off your stubborn bodyfat storages!

There several ways to add cinnamon to your diet.  Personally I use cinnamon in my greek yogurt, to my oatmeal, 1% cottage cheese, protein shakes, and even to my Starbucks.

Another way to add cinnamon to your diet is by taking a capsule form.  By taking cinnamon before each meal this will help you control blood sugar and insulin response.

The most important factor to decreasing bodyfat storage is to your cravings which will help you get that tight toned body!

Now remember cinnamon is not a cure all spice.  We still have to practice good eating habits and of course be consistent with our exercise.

Best Of Luck On Your Fat Burning Voyage!
