Meal Planning

Heeeey here is a wonderful power packed protein breakfast to start your day off with a punch!  Protein for breakfast is very important to stabilize your blood sugar and to feed your muscles with quality nutrients!  Give this recipe a shot:)

 

  • 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup of 1% Cottage Cheese
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp spoon of all natural almond butter to add to the top of the finished pancake and 1 tbsp of Agave Nectar

Blend all of the ingredients in a blender or better yet the “Magic Bullet”.  Cook the pancake until the side start to bubble..then flip!

 

Remember my favorite saying:)   ” Abs are created in the kitchen..not in the gym”.
