Ezekial the wonder carbohydrate! Yes this wonderful sprouted whole grain makes up over 90% of my carbohydrate intake throughout the day! The amazing thing about the Ezekial carbohydrate is that it closely parallels the protein found in milk and eggs. The protein quality is so high, that it is 84.3% as efficient as the highest recognized source of protein, containing all 9 essential amino acids. The current studies show that a minimal of 20 grams of protein for males is sufficient to build lean muscle tissue.
What is Ezekial? Ezekial is a combination of wheat, barley, beans, lentils, millet, and spelt. Ezekial contains no flour and is certified organically grown.
