Experimenting with different recipes and also trying new foods is the key to long term nutrition success!! Here is a neat recipe that I discovered at urockgirl.com
- 1 bunch of kale, washed and leaves removed from the center rib
- olive oil spray
- sea salt
- lemon juice
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil and spray olive oil. Place kale on baking sheets and lightly spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt. Place in oven and bake 4-5 minutes, until crispy.
2. Remove from oven when crispy and squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the leaves
3. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
