I am a history fanatic..I enjoy learning about outstanding individuals that have made major changes in history! I guess I have a simple mind but I love motivational quotes and if I find a good motivational quote I save them. I get super motivated watching the old Rocky movies! I am such a dork I love listening to the Rocky soundtrack in my car driving around! The songs are awesome! I know you are thinking “wow this guy needs a life”.. but whatever it takes is my theory on motivation. On my screen saver I have a picture of an incredible Russian Olympic lifter lifting close to 3x his body weight above his head! That inspires me! The people that know me always ask how in the world can you work as many hours as you do and not get burned out? I guess I have a burning desire to make people succeed! Failure is not an option with me! There is no cookie cutter program for everyone and there is always another option that can work. I have devoted my life to fitness and helping people reach their fitness goals! My job does not end when I clock out. I think of my clients and all of their situations 24-7. I have a job that fuels my fire to get up at 4a.m. and work till 10:00p.m. I have a mind that never stops learning and becoming inspired. I love watching people succeed and watching their eyes brighten up and putting a smile on their face! Reaching your personal goals is never ending!
